Chelsea first started practicing yoga during a time when her mind and body felt out of harmony. She turned to yoga and a more holistic lifestyle to help find more balance, direction, and peace within herself. Yoga has not only brought her increased physical wellness, but has also given her a reminder to slow down, more space for stillness, and a reconnection with her intuition.
Chelsea has her RYT 200 in alignment based hatha/vinyasa from Breathe for Change. She is also a certified social emotional learning facilitator and has her Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education. Chelsea spends most of her days in her classroom with her littles teaching preschool in the Illinois Valley area. She enjoys the time she spends outside of her classroom teaching yoga to both kids and adults, practicing yoga, exploring new places, and spending time with her family and friends.
With a grateful and compassionate heart, Chelsea enjoys offering yoga that is accessible to everybody in a space where everyone is supported and welcomed. She is passionate about bringing social/emotional awareness and yoga to both kids and adults. Chelsea’s teaching is rooted in a deep understanding of social/emotional well being. She offers hatha, vinyasa, slow flow, yin, meditation, mindfulness, empowerment, and kids classes. Chelsea makes each of her classes a quest to guide students of all ages to find joy and ease in body, mind and heart.
