Trimurti Mudra: harmonize, center, and balance to feel steady, spacious, and at peace in the midst of transition
Center yourself in the in-between.
Trimurti Mudra is a sacred shape of harmony and integration—one that helps you find steadiness in the midst of change. As we transition from Virgo to Libra Season, from grounded earth to flowing air, this mudra invites you to anchor into your center while embracing the movement and inspiration all around you.
It’s a powerful practice to work with near the Fall Equinox —a time that marks the start of Libra Season and brings a shift in seasons and thus energy. Trimurti Mudra helps you navigate transitions with equanimity, presence, and trust in the unfolding path.
This mudra activates the lower belly and supports balance in the nervous system. It reconnects you to the rhythms of creation, preservation, and transformation—helping you stay centered as you move through life’s evolving seasons.
Align with the energy of harmony and transition through this mudra and the practices that accompany it.
