Adhara Mudra: open, soften, and receive to feel supported, worthy, and at ease in your body
Let yourself receive.
Adhara Mudra is a gentle yet potent shape that invites you into a space of openness, trust, and deep support—within yourself and from the world around you. As we move from Virgo to Libra Season, from grounded earth to airy balance, this mudra helps you stay rooted in your worth while softening into spaciousness, receptivity, and ease.
It’s a beautiful practice to work with as the Fall Equinox nears—a moment of pause between seasons that invites you to release tension, recalibrate your nervous system, and receive the abundance you’ve been cultivating all year long.
This mudra activates the solar plexus chakra and the fire element, supporting digestion, self-esteem, and your ability to both give and receive with confidence. It nourishes the kidneys and adrenals, helps relieve tension in the back, and reconnects you to the truth that you are deeply supported.
Open to worthiness and abundance with this mudra and these tools to support its intention!
