Purna Hridaya Mudra: harmonize heart and mind to feel supported, compassionate, and anchored in your peaceful power
Open your heart and your breath so you can lead with peace.
Purna Hridaya Mudra is a heart-centered shape that awakens the highest expressions of Libra Season: peace, harmony, fairness, and compassionate connection. This mudra invites you to embody those qualities not just outwardly, but within yourself.
Libra’s airy energy brings movement, ideas, and relational awareness. When we lean into its light, we find beautiful opportunities for collaboration, emotional balance, and heart-centered leadership. Purna Hridaya Mudra supports that process by creating space for psycho-emotional well-being—helping you integrate your thoughts and feelings, so you can respond to life with grace and clarity.
This shape gently opens the chest, deepens the breath, and soothes the nervous system. It connects you with your heart chakra (anahata) and the air element, allowing you to move through the world with openness, vitality, and inner peace.
When practiced regularly, Purna Hridaya can ease heaviness, awaken compassion, and reconnect you to your capacity for harmony—in your body, your mind, and your relationships.
Align with the light side of Libra energy through this mudra and the practices that accompany it.
