How to practice Rudra Mudra:
Join the tips of your index and ring fingers to the tips of your thumbs on each hand. Extend your middle and pinky fingers. Rest the backs of your hands on your knees or legs comfortably. Soften your shoulders and align your spine.
🧘🏻♀️MEDITATION: The Confidence of a Lion
WHY:
A mudra meditation fuels confidence by channeling the energy of a lion through the use of the breath.
PLACE:
Find a comfortable seat. Perhaps sit on a bolster or blanket to get your hips a little higher than your knees.
MUDRA:
Find Rudra Mudra by joining the tips of your index and ring fingers to the tips of your thumbs on each hand. Extend your middle and pinky fingers. Rest the backs of your hands on your knees or legs comfortably. Soften your shoulders and align your spine.
PRANAYAMA:
Inhale deeply through your nose. Exhale powerfully and audibly through an open mouth with the tongue out. Fully express your confidence with each round. Continue for 1-3 minutes.
TO END:
After an exhale, release control of your breath and sit with the mudra as you let the energy you have connected to fuel your confidence.
