Mira Mudra: find serenity in a sense of safe-enough to allow the easeful flow of self-nourishment, feeling, and healing
The more easefully you allow your feelings to flow, the more easefully healing can flow!
Mira Mudra helps you find a sense of safe-enough so you allow that easeful flow of feelings. And that truly is the best way to find healing.

Inhale deeply through your left nostril, pause, then exhale through your mouth. Continue for 3-5 minutes.

Take a moment to set any intentions based on your reflections.
