Kilaka Mudra: find safety in connection, expression and change to create a better world with and for the collective
It’s time to embrace and create change through expression and connection!
It’s always helpful to open yourself to connection, expression, curiosity, and change-making, but it is especially aligned during Gemini Season or anytime you want to work with Gemini energy. Gemini energy is intelligent and curious, and inspires you to use your own intelligence and curiosity to create a better world for the collective.
It reminds you that YOU are an integral part of the bigger picture and you have the power to create meaningful change, especially through connection with others and sharing your intelligence. It helps you feel safe enough to do that.
This hand shape helps you have a WE rather than me outlook. It helps you open to expressing the ideas that can only come from you so they can come to life and make a difference for all. Cultivate that for yourself with this mudra and these tools to support its intention!
