Gyan Mudra: foster concentration and safety so you can focus on living your truth
It’s time to foster concentration and safety so you can lean into your knowing and focus on living your truth!
It’s hard to live your truth if you can’t stay focused on what it is - or don’t feel safe doing so. It’s easy to get distracted from your mission, especially during Gemini Season (or any air sign season really!). Air sign energy wants to make a difference, but can get VERY distracted along the way. Gyan mudra recenters your focus. That’s why it is so potent to work with during Gemini Season or anytime you want to work with Gemini or other air energy.
This hand shape helps you connect to your root chakra, or muladhara, so you can center yourself. It helps you focus your curiosity and intellect so you can make a difference rather than get distracted! Cultivate that for yourself with this mudra and these tools to support its intention!
