To help you channel the energy of the sun for energy, assertiveness, purpose, and determination.
How to practice Pingala Mudra:
Find any comfortable seat, perhaps on a bolster or blanket to elevate your hips. Join the tips of your ring fingers to the tips of your thumbs on each hand. Hold your right hand below your navel with your palm facing up. Hold your left hand above your navel with your palm facing down and your joined fingers just above your other joined fingers, but not touching. Soften your shoulders and align your spine.
🧘🏻♀️MEDITATION: Heart Tapping
WHY:
A meditation to tap into the determination and truth of your heart center.
PLACE:
Find a comfortable seat. Perhaps sit on a bolster or blanket to get your hips a little higher than your knees.
MUDRA:
Gently bring the fingertips of both hands towards your sternum. Begin to alternate tapping each hand on your heart rhythmically.
DRISHTI:
Close your eyes if it feels safe and comfortable. Always permission to keep a soft gaze.
PRANAYAMA:
Breathe deeply yet naturally in and out through the nose. Continue for 3-5 minutes.
MANTRA:
Perhaps attach the mantra SAT and then NAM to your tapping. This connects you to the truest truth of your life purpose.
TO END:
Slow your tapping down until your hands rest gently on your heart. Pause to reflect for as long as you feel called, with your hands still over your heart or in Pingala Mudra. Find Pingala Mudra by joining the tips of your ring fingers to the tips of your thumbs on each hand. Hold your right hand below your navel with your palm facing up. Hold your left hand above your navel with your palm facing down and your joined fingers just above your other joined fingers, but not touching. Soften your shoulders and align your spine.
