Ratna Prabha Mudra: shine your authentic light, find your clarity, and live your purpose

You were born to shine your authentic light!

You really were! Ratna Prabha Mudra inspires you to radiate confidence and authenticity. It helps you achieve mental clarity so you can get clear on what your life purpose is. And it gives you the enthusiasm and vitality you need to manifest it into your reality.

Ratna Prabha Mudra is a wonderful handshape to work with anytime you want to cultivate your self-esteem, confidence, and sense of purpose, but especially during Leo Season when the energy naturally wants this for you too. Leo is a fire sign and it somatically rules your heart space. This mudra helps you tap into the confidence and vitality of the fire element and the heart-centeredness of the air element so you can confidently let your heart lead with radiance. It is a shape that physically supports your breath, digestion, and circulation and energetically supports your solar plexus (Manipura) and heart (Anahata) chakras. It is just as supportive anytime you want to work with fire or air energy, or anytime your own light feels a bit dimmed.

Radiate and live your purpose with this mudra and these tools to support its intention!

Why practice Ratna Prabha Mudra:
Practice Ratna Prabha Mudra when you know there is something you are here to do but cannot quite see it clearly yet. This shape does not ask you to be brighter than you already are. It gathers your self-esteem, your enthusiasm, and your vitality at your solar plexus and your heart so the light already living in you can naturally radiate and be seen. When your confidence and your clarity start working together, your purpose stops being a question you keep answering and starts being a life you create.

How to practice Ratna Prabha Mudra:
Find a comfortable seat, perhaps propping your sit bones on the edge of a folded blanket or bolster. Interlace your fingers on the outside of your hands with your right thumb on top. Extend your index and middle fingers straight forward together. Gently rest your wrists against your solar plexus, just above your navel, with your elbows slightly away from your body. Soften your shoulders and align your spine.

🧘🏻‍♀️ MEDITATION: Meditation To Get Out Of Your Own Way

WHY:
What dims you is not a lack of light. It is the second-guessing, the waiting to be sure, the wondering what other people will think. This meditation helps you get out of your own way so your brightest, most radiant light has room to move. Let your self-doubt get quieter, let your own knowing get louder, and let your purpose come into focus without force.

PLACE:
Find a comfortable seat. Perhaps sit on a bolster or blanket to get your hips a little higher than your knees.
