Gupta Mudra: trade doubt in for self-belief by becoming centered in a sense of safe enough so you can digest limiting beliefs
It’s time to digest all your doubts!
Gupta Mudra is a wonderful handshape to work with anytime you want to trade doubt in for confidence, but especially during Virgo Season. The shadow side of Virgo tends to bring perfectionist tendencies that amplify doubt. It amplifies judgment, criticism, and worry. No fun, right?!
But that is an opportunity to move beyond worry and judgment. A chance to allow those beliefs to come up so they can finally be digested and transformed. There is a reason Virgo somatically rules the belly!
Connect to a sense of centering so you feel safe enough to work with this opportunity. This mudra helps you tap into all three of your lower chakras - root, sacral, and solar plexus and the earth, water, and fire elements, which is a potent combination. It is a shape that physically supports the digestion of all the things - food to nourish your body and beliefs to nourish the rest of you!
Anchor in self-belief and let the rest burn away with this mudra and these tools to support its intention!
