Shiva Linga Mudra: ground, focus, and restore balance to support your health, confidence, and continued improvement
It’s time to commit to improving your life and health in all the ways.
Shiva Linga Mudra is a powerful shape to work with when you’re ready to feel grounded, focused, and steady in your path forward. It’s especially supportive during Virgo Season, a time that encourages healing, refinement, and devotion to what matters most—yet (as we explored last week) can also stir up stress, overthinking, or self-criticism.
This mudra strengthens your connection to the earth element and your root chakra, helping you cultivate calm, clarity, and the confidence to stay committed to your health and growth. It nourishes the digestive system, soothes the nervous system, and restores your sense of inner stability. It also brings harmony between masculine and feminine energies, so you can move with grounded ease.
Settle your body and focus your mind with this mudra and these tools to support its intention!
