Matangi Mudra at Heart-Center: harmonize fire, feeling, and flow to embody steadiness, confidence, and peace as you trust your transformation

Transform your power into purpose.

Matangi at the Heart Mudra invites you to digest life’s experiences and emotions with awareness, strength, and grace. It supports your ability to hold intensity with compassion — to feel deeply, yet stay grounded and clear as energy moves through you. This shape reminds you that power doesn’t come from control, but from the courage to be present with what is. It helps you reclaim your energy and move forward with clarity and strength.

It embodies the essence of transformative energy: learning to feel deeply without being consumed, to hold intensity with compassion, and to channel emotion into empowerment. As you breathe with this mudra, you harmonize your inner fire and flow, awakening a balance of courage, stability, and self-trust. This practice is powerful anytime, but especially when you want to make the most of Scorpio’s transformative energy.

Matangi at the Heart activates the heart and solar plexus chakras, nurturing emotional intelligence, determination, and vitality. 🧘🏻‍♀️MEDITATION: Cross My Heart and Hope to LIVE

WHY:

Practice this meditation to connect deeply with your heart’s truth, reclaim your energy, and awaken the courage to live with power, passion, and purpose — fully alive in your transformation.

PLACE:

Find a comfortable seat. Perhaps sit on a bolster or blanket to get your hips a little higher than your knees. You can also practice this standing if you’d rather.

MUDRA:

Gently cross your wrists and rest your hands across your heart space.

DRISHTI:

Let your eyelids feel heavy and close if it feels safe. Always permission to keep a soft gaze.

PRANAYAMA:

Inhale through your nose in four equal pieces. Exhale through your nose in one easeful breath out. Continue for 1-5 minutes.

MOVING MUDRA + MANTRA:

Begin to attach movement and mantra to each piece of the inhale.

1st sip in: connect your index finger and thumb and mentally chant SA - infinity

2nd sip in: connect your middle finger and thumb and mentally chant TA - life/existence

3rd sip in: connect your ring finger and thumb and mentally chant NA - death

4th sip in: connect your pinky finger and thumb and mentally chant MA - rebirth

On each exhale, let your hands rest back across your heart.

This mantra represents the shedding of the old you and the becoming of who you were meant to be. It connects you to the full cycle of your existence and the way you can fluidly move amidst the magic.

TO END:

After an exhale, release control of your breath and the mantra. Let your hands find Mantagi Mudra at Heart-Center to let it all integrate. Interlace your fingers outside of your hands with your right thumb over your left. Extend and align your middle fingers together and point them forward(ish) comfortably. Gently hold this shape in front of your heart. Soften your shoulders, let your elbows soften down, and naturally align your spine. Pause to reflect for at least one full minute.

✨MANTRA:

I cross my heart and hope to live with power, passion, and purpose.

I hope you trust the steady rhythm of your own heart. It knows how to lead you through transformation — one breath, one moment, one reclaimed choice at a time.
