Ratna Prabha Mudra: reconnect with your vitality, own your radiance, and lead with purpose
It's time to lead with power and purpose.
Ratna Prabha Mudra is a gesture of vitality, radiance, and purpose. It activates energy from the inside out — opening the breath, supporting the body's natural capacity to digest and metabolize, and creating the conditions for your brilliance to shine naturally. This is not a mudra that forces purpose. It reminds it that it has always had a home inside you. Science shows us that energy cannot be created or destroyed. It can only be transformed. That's true in physics. And it's true in you.
These themes are highlighted during Aries season, when the light side of this energy supports courage, leadership, and the kind of purposeful action that comes from knowing who you really are. But this practice can be supportive anytime you want to reconnect with your vitality, connect your heart and gut brains — your feeling and knowing brains — step into your radiance, or lead from a place that feels centered and clear.
The hand shape works with the fire and air elements and connects to Manipura (Solar Plexus Chakra) and Anahata (Heart Chakra), building energy and expanding breath capacity while supporting your body's ability to move and digest with ease. When these two centers are open and working together, purpose stops being something you search for and starts being something you naturally live.
Practice this mudra anytime you want to reconnect with your vitality, reclaim your radiance, or step into the leadership role that only you can fill.

Practice Ratna Prabha when you need to remember that your energy, your brilliance, and your capacity to lead are already within you — not something to earn or perform. When you feel scattered, dimmed, or disconnected from your direction, turn to this practice to return to your innate radiance.
How to practice Ratna Prabha Mudra:
Find a comfortable seat. Interlace your fingers with your right thumb on top. Align and extend your index and middle fingers together. Gently rest your wrists against your solar plexus, or just above your navel, with your extended fingers pointing forward. Soften your shoulders, let your elbows reach a bit away from your body, and align your spine.
🧘🏻♀️MEDITATION: Lead with Power and Purpose
WHY:
Practice this meditation to connect personal power with heart-centered purpose. The solar plexus is where your energy, drive, and sense of self live. The heart center is where hope, courage, and compassion reside. When these two centers are working together, meaningful commitment becomes natural. Leadership stops feeling like something you push through and starts feeling like something you embody. This practice supports you in leading from both your inner fire and your heart.
PLACE:
Find a comfortable seat. Perhaps elevate the sit bones on the edge of a pillow, bolster, or folded blanket.
