Scorpio Full Moon Mudra: own your sensual power, integrate your shadow, and trust every rebirth that wants to unfold.

Welcome to the Scorpio Full Moon:

The Scorpio Full Moon invites you to turn honestly and compassionately toward the parts of yourself you have kept in the dark — the shadows, the old wounds, the sensual power you have not yet fully reclaimed. This lunation brings illumination to the limiting beliefs you have been carrying, the attachments keeping you small, and the stories that are ready to be released so something truer can emerge. Scorpio asks you to face what lives beneath the surface with courage and compassion, and to trust that what you find there is not something to fear — it is something to integrate. With the Sun holding space in Taurus across the sky, this Full Moon reminds you that transformation does not require force. It asks only for your willingness to surrender, to trust the unfolding, and to believe that every ending is already a beginning.

Our featured Pranidhana Mudra — a hand shape that supports calm, surrender, and a balance of steadiness and fluidity — reflects the depth and transformative energy of this lunation. You can use this mudra as an anchor for your Scorpio Full Moon ritual, or pair it with the reflections and movement practices from the Scorpio Full Moon Embodied Workbook to deepen your experience of sensual power, shadow integration, and trusting rebirth.

And if you'd like to move through the lunar cycles in community, our memberships are here for you. We hold safe space through live studio and virtual classes, new and full moon workbooks, astrological season practices, and an ever-growing library of on-demand content. Check out ways to practice mudras and more with our empowering yoga community on our live class schedule.

Above all, Katrina Marie Yoga is a space to practice, reflect, and remember that your shadows are not your weakness. They are portals to a truer you. You are allowed to own every part of yourself — the light and the dark.

So take what you need and leave what you don't. Perhaps for now, begin by aligning with the energy of the Scorpio Full Moon through the following mudra and the tools that accompany it.

WHEN:
Around the Scorpio Full Moon, when the moon illuminates themes of sensual power, shadow integration, and trusting rebirth. This is a potent time to notice what you have been holding onto — control, old stories, limiting beliefs — and what is ready to be surrendered so transformation can move through you.

WHY:
The Scorpio Full Moon invites you to own your power, face your shadows with honesty and compassion, and trust that every ending is a rebirth already in motion. Pranidhana Mudra supports calm, surrender, and a balance of steadiness and fluidity, supporting you in releasing what no longer serves and opening to the transformation that is already unfolding within you.

Exhale through your nose in ten equal parts.

Continue for 3-5 minutes.

MANTRA:
Repeat silently or aloud:

  • I embody the sensual power that has always been mine.

  • I integrate my shadows as fuel for my growth.

  • I trust every unfolding rebirth.

EMBODY YOUR RELEASE:

When your practice feels complete, release control of your breath and sit with the hand shape as you reflect. Notice what shifts as you allow the grip of control to soften and your capacity for trust to rise.

Let the Scorpio Full Moon illuminate what is ready to be released — the limiting beliefs you have been carrying, the shadows you have been avoiding, or the attachments that have been keeping you from your own transformation. Allow surrender to replace control. Feel it in your body.

Invite your breath to settle. Invite your body to soften. Invite your rebirth to unfold.

As you release, may you remember that your shadows are not your weaknesses — they are fuel for your most powerful becoming.

May this Scorpio Full Moon remind you that you are powerful, your shadows are portals to a truer you, and every rebirth you trust will reveal more of who you are.
