Pranidhana Mudra: soften into calm, allow surrender, and trust what you know is true

Surrender is not giving up. It is one of the most powerful things you can do.

Pranidhana Mudra is a practice for surrender. It supports the physical and mental release of tension, encourages long deep breathing, and invites your nervous system to recognize a sense of calm and safety. It connects to the root and sacral chakras, the energy centers of belonging, flow, and trust, and cultivates your capacity to let go. Not as giving up, but as trust.

Taurus season invites you to root in and build. And that is a gift. But stubbornness can be the shadow side of that beautiful steadiness. And sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is recognize when your roots have become walls. When you are holding on so tight you are holding your own self back.

This practice helps you soften them. Practice it anytime you are ready to choose flow over force and trust over control.
