A Mudra for the Spring Equinox: Padma — support your opening, blooming, and growth as you step into this new beginning.
A new beginning is here — and it is yours to step into.
Padma Mudra is a gesture of opening, blooming, and unconditional love. It supports moments when energy is ready to expand and rise, when the heart wants to soften and receive what is new. It supports the integration of emotions, the upward movement of prana, and a steady, rooted connection to your own capacity to grow. This mudra helps you meet what is blooming within you with presence, trust, and an open heart.
The Spring Equinox is a threshold of new beginnings, a moment when the world leans toward light and growth becomes visible again. It is a time to honor what you gathered and learned in the quieter season, and to carry that wisdom forward as you step into a new cycle of expansion. Padma Mudra supports you in working with this energy fully, helping you bloom without force, rise without losing your roots, and move into this new season with an unshakeable, open heart.
Practice this mudra anytime you want to support opening, invite new beginnings, and trust what is ready to bloom within you.
